Thanks giving for Mothers for Appleton School 2019

 

On Friday March 29th, the Church was full of pupils and parents to give thanks for mothers. The pupils' worship council participated in a lovely service led by Rev'd Ken. Parents enjoyed reading the messages and admired the beautiful flower pictures created by each pupil celebrating mothers which decorated the Church in time for Mothering Sunday.

 

At the end of the service there was time for tea and cake.

At our All Age Mothering Sunday service children decorated plant pots and ladies were given bunches of daffodils.
