Appleton's Handmade Christmas
This year's Handmade Christmas focussed on 'Wreath making' and a packed village hall enjoyed wine, canapes and a short talk about the First Christmas whilst making decorative wreaths.
Carols and Lanterns
Despite the inclement weather which meant we sang indoors rather than under the stars, there was a great turnout for carols, mulled wine and mince pies and 30+ children made beautiful lanterns.
Christmas Concert
Once again, the Barratt family hosted a successful family friendly concert of Christmas music and carols in church and raised money for OXPAT, one of our designated charities this year.

Church glowed on Christmas Eve full to the brim of folk in anticipation of Christmas Day and the birth of Jesus.
Stars for the Tree of Remembrance
Our elegant tree, kindly donated, was home to Stars of Remembrance. Money raised was given to Emmaus Oxford in support of their work with homelessness.
